I live by the Golden Rule and I believe in helping people. My main passion in my life is my family. I'm also very passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. It's very probable that if you don't see me working or with my family I'm either at the gym or in the local trails. After losing my father to a short battle with cancer, I've dedicated my life to living each day to the fullest and not wasting a single one.
It's my duty to make the most of the time I'm given and I'm determined to do what I'm passionate about each day. As Vice President of the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association I am proud to help our member REALTORS ® through education, professionalism and advocacy.
I believe in general that we get what we give in this life. There are always ways to give, it's sometimes my time, and sometimes it's money. I donate both to very worthy causes in the community. With every sale, a portion of the proceeds go to the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation and in turn to our local shelters. 100% administration cost is paid by Royal Lepage to manage the Shelter Foundation.
In 2017 and in 2018, although my passion is Real Estate and helping others and I don't work for awards, I surpassed what I expected for sales in helping my loyal clients and achieved the Royal Lepage Director's Platinum Award in 2017 and Diamond Award in 2018.
With the help of my loyal clients, I have been able to top out the 1% of donors nationally in 2018 for the Shelter Foundation. Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company with its own charitable foundation. The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention programs.
I Invested in Matterport when there was no such thing in Kamloops back in November 2016. I believed in the future of technology and what we can do and provide for our clients. This technology is still at the forefront and now backed by Google. Take a look at what Matterport can do to help sell your home! Click on the image above to let Matterport speak for itself.
